Shipping charge will be additional based on the weight of the selected products and delivery location.
SHIPMENT AND TRACKING DETAILS
On placement of an order, you will receive an email with complete details of your order including order number, tracking number, etc. We track order until delivery through email and phone number.
GST AND CUSTOM DUTIES
GST / Custom Taxes and Import Duties are not in our control. They vary according to the rules of different countries and must be paid directly by the buyer.
There may be delays due to situations which are beyond our control including Festive holidays, lockouts, etc. No refund, returns, replacement & exchange will be entertained for this reason.
In case you can cancel an order until it has been processed in our warehouse by sending an email with your order id to our cancellation department at: ShadowsbyAP@gmail.comThis includes items purchased on sale. Any amount you paid will be refunded directly into your bank account.
Though we endeavour to provide the best to you, if unintentionally, you are not satisfied with the quality of our product or service, you can contact us at ShadowsbyAP@gmail.com and we will get back to you at the earliest to address your concerns.

For items received with manufacturing defects/mistake with my order/in damaged condition?

How do I return a faulty order?
If you receive a product with manufacturing defect or if it is not something you ordered for or if it was misrepresented on our website, contact us within 24 hours from receiving the product to ShadowsbyAP@gmail.com
We will assist you on how to go ahead with the return through e-mail.
Kindly return the product back to us within 7 working days with the original packing and a copy of the invoice. Always give back your items using registered airmail or courier. Any shipping cost with regards to the return of the product will have to be borne by the customer.
What is the next step after I return my order?
You will get the replacement shipped to you at no cost at all. If the replacement of the product is not possible, we will request you to pick an alternate product of the same value.
